Faisal Hasan relocated to Sydney, Australia in 2008, from Bangladesh. By which he successfully attained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Western Sydney University in 2013. Followed by Master's in Professional Accounting from Monash University in 2014.

Faisal has brought his expertise in both technical and practical disciplines as an honorary academic in his field of Accountancy. As a motivated and proactive leader, he has demonstrated initiative and brought effectiveness and efficiency to Pan Energy across all task deliverables operationally and personally. Faisal has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge from his past tenures at top tier Sydney based chartered accountancy firms such as YML Group and Chowdhury & Company. Throughout his career as a Chartered Accountant, he has developed invaluable skills in delivering quality outcomes for his clientele, his company, and himself personally.

Faisal in the past several years, with his ambitious demean our, has successfully built and maintained many integral business relationships with the Government of Bangladesh and multiple private corporations with the aim to facilitate business development and fund innovative infrastructure projects. He has prime relationship with Bangladesh commodities market business associates and is fluent in both languages, Bengali and English.
